Check Out New MyHealthfinder Resources on Anxiety Screening

We’re excited to announce that MyHealthfinder now features 2 resources on anxiety disorder in adults. MyHealthfinder provides plain language information encouraging people to get recommended preventive services and adopt healthy behaviors. The new anxiety resources align with a final recommendation from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) showing that adults age 64 years and younger can benefit from screening to help identify anxiety disorders — so they can get the treatment they need.

Talk with Your Doctor About Anxiety offers information about the signs and symptoms of anxiety disorders, describes common treatments, and suggests actionable steps people can take to get support. Anxiety: Conversation Starters has tips to help family and friends talk about anxiety with a loved one.

Share these new resources with your networks — and if you’re working with parents and caregivers, don’t forget to check out Get Your Child Screened for Anxiety!
