The Community Preventive Services Task Force recommends using client reminder and recall interventions to increase vaccination rates in children, adolescents, and adults. In these interventions, people get reminders that they are due to get a vaccine or late getting a vaccine. Reminders and recalls can be delivered in different ways, like by telephone, letter, postcard, or text message.
