Access to parks, walking trails, or recreation centers is key to helping people get physical activity. In this systematic review, the Community Preventive Services Task Force (CPSTF) recommends the creation of, or enhanced access to, places for physical activity. Private and public sector organizations, government agencies, and communities can work together to create opportunities for people to get active and improve their health.
