The Community Preventive Services Task Force (CPSTF) recommends multicomponent interventions to increase screening for colorectal cancer. CPSTF found that multicomponent interventions increase screening with colonoscopy or fecal occult blood testing and that interventions combining 3 types of approaches — strategies to increase demand, access, and delivery — were the most effective.
