Sample survey: mailed questionnaire and online survey.
The ASPH National Surveys of Pharmacy Practice in Hospital Care Settings describe practices and technologies used to manage and improve the medication-use system and the role that pharmacists play in this effort. Each annual national survey focuses on two of the six components of the medication-use system: prescribing, transcribing, dispensing, administration, monitoring, and patient education. Data for Healthy People 2030 are obtained from the survey that focuses on the components of monitoring and patient education.
