Abstract

The American Urological Association (AUA) was founded in 1902 as a scientific and educational organization. The AUA supports research in urology, holds an annual scientific forum, acts as a liaison with other medical associations for the improvement of medical education and patient care, develops finances, and maintains educational projects, both print and audiovisual, to foster continuing medical education of urologists. SERVICE LIMITATIONS: Inquiries on any urological disorder must be in writing.

Publications

The AUA distributes multiple publications. Serial Publications: The Journal of Urology (peer reviewed journal), monthly; and AUA TODAY (scientific newspaper), monthly.
