Abstract

The National Association of Childbearing Centers (NACC) is the Nation's largest repository of information on freestanding birth centers. It offers a telephone information consultation service, workshops, speakers, an annual convention, and written and audiovisual materials. Information is available on all aspects of running a birth center: standards, quality assurance, planning, reimbursement, licensure, accreditation, costs, evaluation, and current survey data.

Publications

NACC publishes national standards, resource materials, statistics, forms, a newsletter, and other materials of use to birth centers.
