Gam-Anon is a 12 Step fellowship of men and women who are husbands, wives, relatives or close friends of compulsive gamblers who have been affected by the gambling problem. Gam-Anon's purpose is threefold: to learn acceptance and understanding of the gambling illness; and to use the program and its problem solving suggestions in rebuilding lives and to give appropriate aid to the gambler.

Gam-Anon publishes literature for use by its members at meetings and for personal use. An order form may be obtained from the International Service Office. The Web site contains information about Gam-Anon, compulsive gambling, and updated meeting listings.
